About Meridian Fire Doors
Meridian Fire Doors is the trading name of VPK Ltd for fire doors. We make every doorset in our own factory at Meridian Business Park, Waltham Abbey, on Halspan Prima cores, and install across London and the surrounding areas, including Watford, St Albans, Luton, Milton Keynes and Northampton.
Certification
- Timber fire door manufacture certificated by IFC, certificate IFCC 1570, to the Halspan field of application for each rating
- Installation certificated by IFC under scheme SDI 14, certificate IFCC 3322, with random site audits
- Authorised Halspan Prima manufacturer; door cores tested to BS 476-22 and BS EN 1634-1
What that means for you
The door, frame, seals, glass and ironmongery you order are covered by the same certification, the factory record shows how each door was made, and the installation certificate shows it was fitted to its instructions. That is the evidence a fire risk assessor, building control officer or insurer asks for.
