Fire door repairs and remedial works
Send us your inspection report, photos or a description of the problem. We review each door and send you a remedial price, door by door.
What we put right
- Gaps and alignment. Re-hanging, packing and adjusting so gaps fall within the door’s certified range.
- Seals. Replacing missing or damaged intumescent and smoke seals with the specified product.
- Closers and hinges. Adjusting or replacing closers so the door closes into the latch; replacing worn hinges and screws.
- Glazing and beads. Re-glazing with certified glass and glazing systems, replacing beads and fixings.
- Ironmongery and signs. Replacing non-compliant handles, locks, letter plates and viewers; fitting the right signs.
- Frames and fire stopping. Sealing gaps between frame and wall with a tested fire stopping system.
Where a door can’t be repaired back to its certification, we tell you and price a replacement doorset instead.
