Every visit includes
- Each door checked: closing, latching, gaps, seals, hinges, glazing, signs and damage
- Closers adjusted and minor fixes made on the day where possible
- A dated record of every door after each visit
- A list of any remedial works needed, with a price
How often
- Quarterly — communal doors in buildings over 11m (Regulation 10)
- Six-monthly — communal doors in smaller blocks, offices and schools
- Annual — flat entrance doors and lower-use doors
