Four types of survey
- Condition survey. A full inspection of each door: certification, gaps, seals, hinges, closer, glazing, ironmongery and frame fixing. Photos and a status for every door.
- Measure and specify. We measure each opening and tell you exactly what door, rating, glazing and ironmongery it needs, with a fixed price to approve online.
- Regulation 10 checks. Quarterly checks of communal doors and annual checks of flat entrance doors in buildings over 11 metres, with records for your files.
- Post-installation inspection. An independent check of doors fitted by others, against each door’s certification and installation instructions.
What you get back
- A register of every door: location, rating required, rating found and evidence
- Measured gaps at hinge, lock, head and threshold
- Condition of seals, hinges, closer, latch, glazing and signage, with photos
- A clear status for each door and a schedule of the works needed
- An optional remedial price from us, if you want one
