Communal and corridor fire doors
Corridor, cross-corridor and lobby doors in blocks of flats. Usually FD30S, sometimes FD60S, always self-closing, often in pairs.
What you get
- FD30S or FD60S with self-closers, as the fire strategy requires
- Single doors, pairs and leaf-and-a-half, with vision panels where sightlines matter
- Hold-open devices linked to the fire alarm where doors are kept open in use
- Surveyed, replaced and certified door by door, with records for Regulation 10 checks
- Installed around residents, with photos of each finished door in your account
Doorsets we recommend
- Meridian Flush FD30 Fire Doorset — Our everyday 30 minute fire doorset. A plain flush Halspan Prima door, hung in its frame with seals, closer and latch fitted.
- Meridian Flush FD30 Double Doorset — A latched pair of flush doors with flush bolts on the second leaf.
- Waltham Cross-Corridor FD30S Pair — A push/pull half glazed pair for communal corridors, with closers, pull handles, push plates and kick plates.
Design your own in 3D for any size, style or finish, or book a survey and we will measure and specify every door for you.
